At Bear Mountain Builds, we prioritize sustainability and quality. We primarily use sustainably sourced hardwoods like walnut, oak, and maple, paired with eco-friendly finishes to ensure your pieces are safe for your home and the planet.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are built to order, standard processing time is 2-3 weeks. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer custom dimensions or designs?
Yes! We love bringing unique visions to life. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Commissions' page to discuss specific dimensions, wood types, or entirely new furniture concepts.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-custom items in their original condition. Please note that custom-built furniture is final sale, but we stand by our craftsmanship and will address any structural defects immediately.
How should I care for my wood products?
To maintain the beauty of your build, avoid placing items in direct sunlight or near extreme heat sources. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and re-oil with a food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner every 6-12 months.
Is assembly required for larger furniture pieces?
Most of our coffee tables and benches ship with legs detached to prevent damage during transit. We provide all necessary hardware and simple instructions; assembly usually takes less than 10 minutes.
